I’m Laura Munkholm—founder, storyteller, podcast host, poet, and builder of soulful things.

By day, I’m the president and co-founder of Walla, a software platform for boutique fitness brands that dares to blend intuition with innovation. But my truest work lives beyond titles—in the space where movement meets meaning.

With two decades in the wellness world, I’ve worn many hats: teacher, consultant, studio manager, tech exec. Through it all, I’ve stayed anchored in one belief: we don’t have to trade our softness for success. We can lead with clarity and soul—and still build empires.

Outside of the daily hustle, I let my creative spirit soar without the cage of corporate structure. I write to remember the sweet and the salty moments. I speak to connect to real live humans. I gather with women and creators who crave depth, and feel like something just is “off” about the way we exist today. I host Well, Well, Well—a podcast about the intersection of wellness, business, and being human.

And I’m building something new. A circle of curious, lit-up humans—who want to lead, feel, create, and connect in a new way. I plan to travel with you. Sit around a fire and tell stories. Laugh until we cry. Write and create without expectation.
